Council has a busy week ahead. We have the first of our two monthly council meetings this Thursday – 9.30 at the Beckenham Service Centre. That meeting is for the most part open to the public. As well as the regular community board topics, here are some of the others on the agenda.
To read those items (or if you’re really keen the entire agenda) in full, head to http://www1.ccc.govt.nz/council/proceedings/2011/june/cnclcover9th/index.asp
You can see that our work is, as it should be, dominated by earthquake related issues.
This week we also have two public meetings (and the second of two in committee workshops tomorrow) where we will be dealing with the Annual Plan. The agenda for that should be out tomorrow – when it’s released online, I’ll put a link up here too, and try to explain the decision making process a little more.
In addition there are a number of Community Board related meetings, our weekly planning session on the Central City Plan, another joint session with elected members and CERA, and the odd bit of filming here and there, squished in between normal council activities and what remains this week of my personal life – you know who you are:)
