A catch up kind of day. Did some chores this morning (and that’s the very short version – some of them, while personal, meant quite a lot to me), commercials this afternoon, came home, took Pepper for a ratty little 8k run – the highlight of which was racing cars down Ferry Rd. Interval training is much more fun when you’re playing with drivers and they’re playing too.
Decided I was not going to sit here all on my tod on a Friday night after a day worth celebrating, and after a few quick tweets we (Rachel, Nick, Dave, Bex, Chris, and a host of waifs and strays) gathered together at one of the local hostelries for a lot of noise and absolutely no solving any of the world’s problems. We did however create a few new foursquare hangouts which amused our tiny minds enormously, and show each other our favourite new photos of those we love the most.
I’ve organised a couple of catch ups for tomorrow, there’s a fitness session at Woolston Park at noon, and I have to put together 5 outfits for filming on Sunday (plus read my council agenda and do my mail.)
On that note – this bloglette is over – because before I go to bed, I’m in the mood to write a little drop of fiction – and that’s not something I do in public.
